Handmade-to-Industrial Transition Disclosure: Due to high demand, products previously produced in a handmade (artisanal) manner are now manufactured in industrial facilities. By communicating this transition in these terms, KaiMakesArt assumes no liability for claims based on expectations of a handmade product. The customer, by completing a purchase, expressly accepts this condition.
Slight variations in color, texture, or finish between the product image and the item received are inherent to manufacturing processes and do not constitute a defect or grounds for a return or refund claim.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
